Our Story.
We are a family owned & operated small business & exceed industry standards for insurance, including General Liability & Worker's Compensation. Our company specializes in commercial, interior construction. We focus on remodels, tenant improvement, & new construction of 1st generation interior finish-out. As a General Contractor, however, we have, & do, spread our scope of work beyond the limits of interiors, including exterior renovations & ground-up new constriction of buildings. Our competitive advantage comes from our ability to keep overhead costs to a minimum & our valuable, long-standing relationships with our suppliers. Combined with decades of experiences, these factors allow us to routinely beat our competitor’s prices, while still offering the highest value & quality to our customers.

Grant Parnes - Founder, Lead Superintendent
Grant graduated from Texas State University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He started Parnes Construction from his home office in 1987 & has been doing business in San Antonio & South Texas ever since. He is committed to offering the highest quality service, & he ensures the work his company performs is something he can be proud of. Grant enjoys spending time in the outdoors, & is a skilled woodworker.
Colton Parnes - Business Development, Project Management
Colton graduated from Trinity University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts. He double majored in Economics & Business Administration. Additionally, he earned a Political Science minor. He believes that each & every job warrants 100% effort & embraces the challenges of keeping the company competitive in an ever changing business climate. Colton is an avid outdoorsman & sportsman, enjoys traveling & has a passion for aircraft.
